Loup Ski Lift Tickets
Students who are registered with our ski program can also purchase
a
Loup Loup Seasons Pass:
$268.17 (ages 13-21)
$192.78 (ages 7-12)
If you do not wish to purchase a season
pass, you may buy tickets at a daily rate when you ride the Pateros
Ski Bus. The prices are as follows:
Rope Tow- $ 5.00
Junior Poma- $12.00
Chair Lift ages 7-12 $15.00
Chair Lift ages 13-21 $20.00
Please have exact change each day that
you ride the bus. If you wish to pay bycheck, make it out to “Loup
Loup Ski Bowl.”

Registration
Each participant is required to pay a $10.00 fee to belong to the
ski program. This $10.00 entitles you to equipment, bus trips to
Loup Loup Ski Bowl, and a reduced rate on your daily ticket when
you ride the ski bus.
Please complete the following in the high school office:
*Pay your $10.00
Fill our the ski waiver and turn it in.
* Complete your medical release form and turn it in.
* Fill out the ski program registration form and turn it in.
Note: You will not be able
to check out equipment or ride the bus until all of the above has
been completed.
Instruction
Through support from the PTO, we will be able to offer instruction
this year for skiers and snowboarders. We will offer one hour lessons
in the morning for beginning skiers, followed by an hour for snowboarders.
We will also offer intermediate lessons for both boarders and skiers.
Instruction will be through Loup Loup Ski Education Foundation instructors
employed at the Loup. We are very happy to have this expert help
and encourage you to come and learn! A beginner can have up to four
hours of instruction with no cost! This is a great deal! More information
on the lessons will be provided after registration.
Equipment
There is lots of equipment available for our students. We have boots
and snowboards, and skis, boots and poles. We will be checking out
equipment at the bus barn. We will have only a few helmets available.
We highly recommend that you purchase your own approved ski helmet
for safety. We will notify students through the announcements when
they can try on and check out equipment.
Make sure all your paperwork has been completed in advance.

Skiing!
We will load the bus at the
school each Saturday morning at 7:45 a.m. The bus will leave promptly
at 8:00 a.m. We will pick up skiers in Methow at approximately 8:15.
Please make sure you have a good lunch and a snack,
or money to buy lunch from the concession at the Loup. All skiers
should have gloves, hat, waterproof pants, and a warm
jacket. We encourage skiers to use the buddy system
so that they are always with a friend. We load the bus at the Loup
at 3:30 p.m. and leave the parking lot at 4:00 p.m. We arrive in
Methow at around 4:45 p.m. and at Pateros School between 5:15 and
5:30 p.m. Exact return times are dependent on weather conditions.
